By using JobSmart sign-in, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. What This Service Is

JobSmart sign-in is the account service for JobSmart applications. It handles account creation, sign-in, password reset, and OAuth 2.0 authorization for connected apps such as JobSmart CRM.

3. Your Account

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep your password secure
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use JobSmart sign-in to break the law, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or impersonate others.

5. Privacy

6. Connected Applications

When you sign in to a JobSmart app, you authorize that app to receive OAuth tokens scoped to your account. Apps only get access you approve.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep JobSmart sign-in available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or suspend the service when needed.

8. Limitation of Liability

JobSmart sign-in is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account through connected applications or by contacting us at james@pocostud.io.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
